recently completed my SMP treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Amazing!!!Less than 20 minutes after my initial message to natural pro SMP I had a consult booked. Kiah was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable.She spoke through options, desired results and she took any lingering doubts immediately away with her booming confidence.The dynamic duo Kiah & Simone performed incredible work over 3 sessions, not only demonstrating their amazing SMP work but also some great music choices and proper banter. It is a ‘must’ to go and see Kiah if you want to get your confidence and your hairline back. Kiah has been awesome. Kiah makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Being such a private studio, you can relax and enjoy the process. Kiah goes out of the way to make sure you feel at home the whole time. I can’t wait for my second and third session and see the final result. I already feel more confident after only 1 session.

Kiah is absolutely amazing, her warm welcoming heart has made my decision so easy to begin the process of SMP. – everything was explained to me and all questions that I had was answered in my free consult. The current experience I am having with the fantastic team at Natural Pro SMP, has been nothing short of amazing.Kiah’s positive and understanding energy is incredible. I came across Nature Pro SMP Melbourne’s advertisement on instagram.The advertising was professional and collected my attention.I found the correspondence to be helpful and informative for the questions I asked as well as prompt.Based on this experience I was satisfied to commit to an appointment.The studio is easy to locate with adequate parking. The staff are welcoming and respectful, studio space is clean and comfortable.The first SMP session took around 4hours, I was informed that this would be the case. This included meeting, continued discussions from previous correspondence and the actual SMP treatment.I personally felt comfortable with the actual procedure as I have had similar experiences previously however I can best describe it to a beginner as being a little bit unpleasant though very manageable with a level of body and mental fatigue setting in towards the end due to the duration of it.Very pleased with the support throughout from the staff member.And the final result was noticeable.All up there’s going to be three sessions and I am already booked in for the second.I would willingly recommend Natural Pro SMP Melbourne to anyone seeking a longterm solution to their thinning hair issue.

I can’t recommend Kiah more highly! Not only did she give me a create result, she is a lovely person to spend time with! She has a very cosy and welcoming salon with a big comfy recliner to relax on while she goes to work. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work. 10/10.

I had my first session with the lovely team at Natural Pro SMP this week and was left in a state of disbelief with the work. Such detail, attention and care for the work they do. Not a cut corner, everything was handled so professionally from start to finish. They make you feel at home and so comfortable from the first consultation to the last. Undertaking a process such as SMP is an unconventional one but well worth it once you see the final results.I thank Kiah for her friendly yet professional approach from our initial phone consult right through to our final session.Using her years of knowledge and experience, Kiah made me feel at ease and was able to answer all my questions and concerns and set a level of expectation for every step of the process.Kiah demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and always put my needs first to achieve the best possible outcome for me.SMP itself gives us an additional option in the market which I feel is quite unique.
